Nancy Burns moved to the Nashville area in 2011 when she was offered a sales position with a high school friend's company that had a long lineage of successful ladies apparel enterprises. Having a background in fashion, experience importing custom goods from Bali, and knowing that she wanted to stay on the leading edge of the industry, Nancy took a position with the company in their traveling fashion show division. After spending time on the road, Nancy decided it was time to take everything she had learned and create a permanent home--that is when she partnered with David Elrod to form their own store, nancybgoods.

​Since 2012, nancybgoods has called East Nashville it's home and both Nancy and David have fallen in love with the neighborhood. Nancy and David love getting to work with their regular shoppers, but they also love the new faces that the boom in tourism has brought to Nashville. They believe that there is a little bit of magic in helping their customers find that perfect gift for themselves or a loved one.
